Service Description
Trust our team to handle any guitar repairs you may need. From fixing electronic issues to structural damages, we provide top-quality repair services to bring your guitar back to life. All appointments are for 30 minutes this gives us the time to check the whole of the instrument and determine the best way to repair your guitar.
Cancellation Policy
All Instruments must be in a case. ​A hard case is preferable. ​​​​A no show fee may be added to your bill for any appointment missed without prior contact for cancellation or rescheduling. a 24 hour window is provided to re schedule or cancel your appointment After thorough inspection and evaluation of an instrument, I will provide an estimate for the work we’ve agreed upon. I do my best to stick to that estimate but in some cases that is not always possible. In these instances, I will contact you to approve any additional work or costs. Any instrument not picked up after 90 days from first notification of completion without prior arrangements or contact will be considered abandoned, and can be sold to cover cost of parts, storage, and labour. Instruments may be brought in for one complimentary follow-up adjustment for 30 days after completion of any setup or other service that includes a setup, at the discretion of Andy Charles Guitars. All special order parts (not in stock) must be paid for in advance. Any damage to guitars left with poorly fitting cases or no case will be the responsibility of the customer and not Andy Charles Guitars
